**Job Summary**

Responsible for supervising retail pharmacy operations within assigned district. Ensures compliance with all laws, regulations, agreements, company policies, customer service and quality patient care in the pharmacy. Ensures high quality, patient centered care across pharmacies in their scope of responsibility. Accountable for driving overall pharmacy profitability and growth through review, analysis, action planning and implementation of initiatives. Accountable for overall cost control, including payroll and expense management. Directly supervises Pharmacy Managers, Pharmacy Schedulers and is accountable for pharmacy performance, clinical quality and the overall patient experience. Accountable for pharmacy talent pipeline, including leading recruitment, development, retention and performance of Pharmacy Managers, Staff Pharmacists, technicians and the Pharmacy scheduler.
