Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.


This leadership opportunity calls for a skilled pharmacist ready to assume the role of Director of Pharmacy (DOP) with possible responsibilities as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) at a behavioral health facility in Bethlehem, PA. This contract position begins immediately, providing vital pharmacy coverage from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, including on-call duties. Weekend order verification is done remotely twice daily for about an hour each session.


Key responsibilities include managing inpatient pharmacy operations within a behavioral health setting, attending multidisciplinary meetings, maintaining medication inventory via Omnicell automation, processing medication orders through EPIC, and developing new pharmacy services and policies to ensure smooth workflows....
