Pharmacy Clerk I

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service to patients both in person and over the phone
• Ordering and receiving OTC products
• Looking for alternate suppliers and products if out of stock situations arise
• Stocking shelves using FIFO method (first in first out)
• Cleaning shelves regularly
• Pulling outdates regularly and claiming them back to the supplier
• Ensuring organization and cleanliness of workstations, inventory shelves, storage area, and customer seating area

Qualifications

• Ability to handle multiple demands and make informed, sound decisions.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
• Ability to communicate verbally and written and perform effectively in stressful and busy situations both independently and with others.
• Strong ability to build and maintain trust and work with confidential information.
