Job Description

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients both in person and over the phone

  • Ordering and receiving of OTC products

  • Looking for alternate suppliers and products if out of stock situations arise

  • Stocking shelves using FIFO method (first in first out) 

  • Cleaning shelves regularly

  • Pulling outdates regularly and claiming them back to the supplier

  • Ensuring organization and cleanliness of workstations, inventory shelves, storage area, and customer seating area
