Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, answer inquiries about medications, and provide guidance under the supervision of a pharmacist
• Medication Management: Assist in dispensing prescription medications, prepare and label medications, ensure proper storage, and check for expired products
• Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory, restock shelves, and notify pharmacists of stock shortages or expired items
• Administrative Duties: Operate the cash register, process payments, maintain patient records, and ensure confidentiality of patient information
• Communication: Clearly communicate with patients to ensure understanding of medications, usage instructions, and potential interactions
