The Pharmacy Assistant Supervisor is responsible for providing superior customer service in a friendly, knowledgeable and professional manner. They identify and schedule professional clinical services and play a key role in achieving pharmacy excellence in customer service, workflow efficiencies, PROfile programs, and inventory management. The role promotes a positive and productive working environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule pharmacy assistants.
• Coordinate pharmacy workflow.
• Manage department personnel, including scheduling, recruitment, performance management and training.
• Coach the pharmacy assistant team to deliver superior customer experience by fostering a health & wellness environment.
• Promote PROfile Programs and educate pharmacy assistants.
• Communicate operational requirements and changes to pharmacy support staff.
