Pharmacist Regional Relief (FT)

Full‑time Regina‑based Relief Pharmacist. Supporting multiple locations within a three‑hour radius of Regina, travel variety, no overnight stays required, mileage and meal reimbursements provided where applicable.

Patient Focused Care Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management and care plan development.
• Administer vaccines and immunizations.
• Determine appropriateness of drug therapy and monitor for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions.
• Counsel patients on prescriptions, over‑the‑counter products, and health‑related topics, including indications, contraindications, side effects, and proper usage and storage.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice.
• Assist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assigned.
