Overview

Reporting to the Manager, Pharmacy Services, the Pharmacist works within an inter‑professional and collaborative team to deliver holistic, comprehensive healthcare services in a patient‑centered environment. The Pharmacist has accountability and responsibility for the procurement and dispensing of medications, as well as their safe and effective use by patients, the prevention of disease and the promotion of health and wellness and independent prescribing within collaborative practices.
