Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.


A 503A compounding pharmacy is seeking an experienced Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to lead and oversee both sterile and non-sterile compounding operations. This contract-to-hire position offers a 13-week assignment with the potential for permanent placement, providing a challenging leadership role within a highly regulated pharmacy environment.


Responsibilities include serving as the legally designated PIC for all non-resident state pharmacy licenses, acting as the primary liaison for regulatory bodies including Boards of Pharmacy and FDA inspectors, and ensuring full compliance with state, federal, FDA 503A, and USP regulations.
