Job Description
Support specialized pharmacy care as a PRN Staff Pharmacist providing coverage for a small, focused pharmacy operation serving hospice and palliative care patients. This position offers an opportunity to apply your skills in a compassionate environment with a specialty infusion and hospice patient population.
Location: San Antonio, Texas
Employment Type: PRN — As Needed Coverage
Duration: Through the remainder of 2026
Schedule: Day shift — as needed based on the primary pharmacist’s vacation and time away schedule
Start Date: Beginning as soon as the pharmacy opens within the next couple of weeks
Responsibilities:
- Provide pharmacy coverage during planned absences of the primary pharmacist-in-charge (PIC)
- Support specialty infusion pharmacy operations focused on hospice and palliative care patients
- Collaborate within a small pharmacy team to ensure continuity of patient care
