Pharmacist

Location: Lennox and Addington County General Hospital

Area of Assignment: Pharmacy

Basic Function and Scope:

The pharmacist will provide individualized, patient-centered pharmacy care as part of a multi-disciplinary team for inpatient and outpatient clinical services, including Oncology. Under the direction of the Director of Pharmacy, the pharmacist will participate in all aspects of medication management including drug use management, drug distribution, education, training, drug information, and provide leadership and support for staff involved in the medication use process according to departmental policies, provincial guidelines, and Professional Standards of Practice.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, days

Pay Rate: $50.17-$66.63
