Lake of the Woods District Hospital is seeking a Pharmacist to join our interprofessional health care team. The core responsibilities include drug therapy monitoring, inpatient counseling, participating in multi‑disciplinary team meetings, drug information and supporting the drug distribution system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
• Registered or eligible for registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Previous hospital experience or residency program would be an asset
