The ideal candidate will have drug sales experience and relevant disease and product knowledge. He or she also possesses strong influencing and negotiation skills honed in highly competitive markets.

Ensure monitoring systems are in place and effectively managed to evaluate the effectiveness of the sales force. Regularly measures success, documents and provides feedback on performance to management. Establishes effective working relationships with key local and national opinion leaders who can influence policy positions and prescribing protocols.
