Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels of pharmaceutical samples.
  • Track samples, including lot numbers, expiry dates, and distribution records.
  • Participate in regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
  • Support the ordering and replenishment of samples when required.
  • Follow pharmaceutical regulations, health, and safety standards.
  • Support procedures for handling, storage, and disposal of samples.
  • Assist in recalls and other regulatory requirements.
  • Support day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for deliveries.
  • Respond to inquiries about sample availability.
  • Maintain accurate records of sample movements and transactions.
