ALCON SINGAPORE MANUFACTURING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Supervisor I, Production Management for the Compounding Team to lead an informed group ensuring efficient task completion and adherence to established processes.

You will manage production activities, coordinate with related departments to develop schedules and allocate resources, and drive continuous improvement while upholding strict GxP and SOP standards at the Tuas site.
