PGT‑M Diagnosis Personnel

We are looking for a PGT‑M Diagnosis Personnel to join our Diagnosis team.

Main Responsibilities

The testing personnel are responsible for test performance and for reporting test results. The duties include:

• Follow the laboratory's procedures for test analyses, reviewing and maintaining records of patient test results.
• Identify problems that may adversely affect test performance or reporting and either correct the problems or immediately notify the general supervisor or laboratory director.
• Document all non‑conformities and corrective actions when test systems deviate from performance specifications.
• Communicate professionally with clients, providing and retrieving necessary information for testing, and guide clients on test ordering and pre‑ and post‑analytical steps.
• Witness analytical and post‑analytical procedures when required and ensure proper documentation of reports.
