This role serves as a key leadership position within the golf department, working directly alongside the Head Golf Professional to help oversee daily operations, elevate the member and guest experience, and maintain the highest standards of service and professionalism. The ideal candidate is a motivated PGA professional who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and is looking to continue growing within the private club and resort industry.


Experience Required

  • Active Class A Member in good standing with the PGA of America

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in golf operations at a private club, resort, or high-end daily fee facility

  • Strong understanding of golf operations, tournament execution, and member services

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work in a luxury hospitality-driven environment
