Petroleum Liaison Officer

Summary See below for important information regarding this job. Responsibilities Serves as Petroleum Liaison Officer representing U.S. interests relating to fuel support to U.S. and Allied Forces. Plans and develops strategies to execute daily fuel support operations. Provides expert management advice to all divisions as it relates to host nation issues. Develops, coordinates, and implements programs that support petroleum supply, accountability, facilities, transportation, and distribution management functions. Develops programs for operation of all fuel systems meeting the needs of customers as well as maintaining levels necessary for contingencies and operations. Speaks Turkish at the intermediate level and have a strong written communications skills in both English and Turkish in order to act as a liaison between Turkish Officials and DLA Energy.
