Production & Operations

  • Supervise injection moulding machines (Husky / Netstal / Sipa)

  • Manage production planning, shift operations, and manpower allocation

  • Optimize process parameters such as pressure, IV, AA, preform weight, and dimensions

  • Ensure adherence to 5S and GMP standards

  • Maintain safety compliance across operations

    • Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure defect‑free production

  • Achieve RET targets

  • Adhere to GMP, SOPs, and documentation requirements

  • Conduct process audits and ensure CAPA implementation

  • Candidate having 5–10 years of experience in PET preform manufacturing.

  • Prior working experience with Husky / Netstal / Sipa are highly preferred

  • Candidate with Diploma - Electrical, Mechanical and CIPET-DPT/PPT is preferred.
