Job Description

Destination Pet LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Heritage Pet. You’ll greet pet parents and their VIPs, answer phones, and guide clients through our services with warmth and professionalism.

You’ll balance check-ins/outs, keep records current, and support teammates as needed in a busy pet-care environment. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
