  • Track shipment monitoring, interpreting tracking updates in FedEx systems and operations;
  • Assist customer in preparing shipping documentation, including international regulatory information assistance, shipping request preparation, and special notification related to worldwide pickup and delivery;
  • Assist customers with locating packages, answering questions about FedEx products and services, providing in-person customer service at the counter or on the phone;
  • Carry out shipment preparation with updates to FedEx systems;
  • Update and analyze operational reports (Timecard, Scans, CEBS, EOPS);
  • Carry out delivery routing;
  • Monitoring airlines and FedEx support areas;
  • Check packages to ensure proper labeling, legality of contents including weight and size, proper packaging, insurance values, special requirements for shipment of hazardous materials and compliance with required cus...
