Job Description

We are seeking a polished, discreet, and highly professional Personal Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and travel coordination support for a Singaporean client. This role is ideal for someone with a hospitality background who understands quality, presentation, and the importance of thoughtful communication.

Engagement Terms

  • Guaranteed 15 hours per month (additional hours paid accordingly)
  • Mostly flexible schedule, but must be available on an as-needed basis
  • Occasional weekend standby
  • Rare urgent tasks; some same-day turnaround may be required
  • Most tasks to be completed within 2–3 days
  • PDPA training will be provided (approx. 30-minute course)
