YOUR MISSION

Empower and transform lives through personalized fitness coaching, accountability, and results-driven programming.

You will be the go-to fitness authority in the club, leading 1-on-1 sessions, consultations, and member engagement to increase training revenue and client success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct Fitness Consultations and Movement Assessments to identify client goals and needs
  • Design and deliver customized fitness programs rooted in proper form, progression, and injury prevention
  • Lead one-on-one personal training with energy, professionalism, and purpose
  • Drive Training Sales through goal-based program recommendations, re-signs, and membership upgrades
  • Own client retention through consistent communication, motivation, and measurable progress tracking
  • Collaborate with Club Managers and Membership Teams to schedule assessments and convert leads
