Job Description

Overview

The PSW/HCA/CCA provides direct personal support and care to patients to fulfill their physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual needs in accordance with policies, procedures and work routines. Assists in providing direct care such as ambulation, feeding, bathing and grooming.

Location: Columbia Forest LTC, 650 Mountain Maple Avenue, Waterloo.
