Job Summary

The Personal Support Worker (PSW) renders a range of services to support the physical, cognitive, mental health, and social/recreational needs of vulnerable, at‑risk older adults and seniors in the program’s multi‑site locations. The PSW maintains program routines and safety practices, performs delegated duties, and ensures high‑quality personal care for clients.
