The Opportunity
The Personal Support Worker is responsible for providing care to residents according to their care plans and assisting in the identification of resident needs. The role also involves maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff members.

- Assists in monitoring care provided to residents, ensuring it follows the established plan of care and reports findings to the immediate supervisor.
- Assists in documenting information related to resident care as directed.
- Attends in‑service education sessions, staff meetings, and workshops as directed.
- Assists in onboarding new staff as directed.
- Follows IPAC (Infection Prevention and Control) policies and procedures.
