Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain positive relationships with renewal system stakeholders
• Ensure timely completion of marketing and renewal presentations
• Cross-sell and up-sell to new and existing clients
• Conduct annual coverage review checklists as needed
• Supervise Customer Service Representatives for accuracy
