RIBO-licensed Personal Lines professional
who takes pride in delivering exceptional client service and building long-term trust.
What You’ll Be Doing Provide exceptional day‑to‑day customer service to clients. Handle renewals, remarkets, and policy changes with a focus on retention Provide coverage advice tailored to client needs Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities Maintain strong relationships with insurers and underwriters Support producers and collaborate across the team Ensure timely follow-ups on client requests, endorsements, and submissions What You Bring Active
