Our client is seeking a Personal Insurance Account Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of personal lines business, handling renewals, endorsements, and new business.
  • Provide top‑tier client service, ensuring coverage solutions are tailored to meet individual client needs.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, utilizing insurance company portals and brokerage management systems.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of personal lines insurance experience.
  • Level 1 General Insurance License (Alberta); Level 2 is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with the major personal lines markets.
  • Experience using Applied Epic and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve client inquiries proactively.
