Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with members and clients
  • Advise members and clients on optimal financial strategies
  • Manage business relationships, assess member/client satisfaction, and follow up
  • Stay current on the financial services industry and market trends
  • Participate in outreach activities and represent the credit union in the community

Qualifications

  • College diploma in a related field
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Mutual fund representative certificate — Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
  • Proficiency in French is required
  • Knowledge of current financial, economic, political, and legislative developments
  • Understanding of the philosophy and fundamentals of financial services cooperatives
  • Techniques for assessing and monitoring individual financing applications
