Job Overview

Driver for regular long‑haul services (Ponferrada – Ferrol or Ponferrada – Salamanca) at Alsa. You will operate the fleet safely and efficiently in Ponferrada.

Responsibilities

• Drive long‑haul routes, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
• Conduct operations within the scheduled hours, managing rest periods as per the 4‑2 or 3‑2 shift pattern.
• Maintain a positive, quality service for passengers.

Requirements

• Full validity of a D driving licence, including CAP for travellers and Tacógrafo.
• Minimum 10 points on the driving licence.
• Local residence or availability in Ponferrada or surrounding area.
• High service orientation, flexibility, adaptability, stress management, responsibility, and problem‑solving skills.
