• Join the team at our homely 61 bed aged care facility in South Grafton
• Choice to work casual or permanent part-time with predominantly mornings and afternoon shifts available
• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Develop positive relationships and deliver excellent customer service to facilitate a pleasant home environment
• Complete comprehensive progress notes that accurately reflect residents’ care
• Collaborate with Nurses and other staff to deliver holistic, person-centred care
