JOB PURPOSE
Driving innovation deployment and strategic capacity planning across the Business Unit markets in Greater Asia, ensuring alignment with Business Group (BG) guardrails and integrated customer operations. The role balances innovation execution, technology enablement, and long-term planning to secure sustainable growth.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
1. Innovation Deployment

  • Lead the timely roll-out of new innovations within the BU, ensuring compliance with BG guardrails and strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Marketing, R&D) to deliver innovations on time and in full (QOTIF).
  • Define optimum sourcing networks to meet cost and timing targets for innovation launches.<...
