Personal Assistant for gentleman in Wymondham - up to 20 hours per fortnight @ £14 p/h - WYMONDHAM - NR18

Job Purpose

Are you caring, patient, and proactive? We are looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant to support an active 37 year-old man with severe learning difficulties and complex communication needs to live a full and meaningful life in his own home.

You will be part of a small team providing consistent and person-centred care. The role involves supporting him with daily routines, personal care, household tasks, food preparation, and enjoying everyday activities both at home and in the community.

We're looking for someone who is calm, encouraging, and able to build positive relationships through empathy, patience and good humour.
