We are looking for a part-time SEN Support Worker / ABA Therapist to join our home‑based support team for a 19‑year‑old young man with autism in the Pudsey area (LS28).

This is a deeply rewarding role with full professional training provided — no prior experience is necessary, just the right attitude.

About the Person You’ll Be Supporting

Our young man has been on an incredible journey over the past 14 years. With dedicated support, he has progressed from being non‑verbal and hyperactive to now speaking over 200 words, managing his emotions, and following instructions. You will be joining a committed team helping him continue to grow toward greater independence.
