Educational Qualifications :
Candidate should be a graduate from recognized university
Professional Experience :
Minimum: 5 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant/Administrative Officer in a reputed educational institution, university, corporate organization, or government office.
Experience in handling senior executive offices, academic administration, or higher education institutions will be preferred.
Computer Skills :
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Drive)
Email and Calendar Management
ERP/University Management Systems (Oracle ERP or equivalent)
Video Conferencing Platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet)
