**Duties and Responsibilities**As the Personal Assistant to our executive team, your primary responsibilities will include:- Note-taking and Organization Assisting the CEO by taking detailed notes during meetings, organizing tasks, and maintaining an efficient system for tracking important information.
- Scheduling and Follow-up Managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
- Meeting Support Participating in meetings with other team members to take notes and facilitate communication.
- Research and Low-level Project Management Conducting research tasks and supporting low-level project management activities.
**Requirements**:**Requirements**:To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:- Fast Typing Ability Minimum typing speed of **55 words per minute**.
