Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Assistant, based in Taguig with some work-from-home flexibility. The Personal Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing the executive's diary, clerical duties, and handling correspondence. The role also involves efficiently supporting executive-level tasks and providing effective communication on behalf of the executive when necessary.
Qualifications
Proficient in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks to support executive-level responsibilities
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective correspondence and collaboration
Expertise in Diary Management and ability to organize schedules, meetings, and appointments
Solid Clerical Skills, including document processing, record-keeping, and general administrative support
