- Provide secretarial support to Director
- Management of expense submission
- Prepare clear and professional correspondence, and reports
- Minutes taking
- Organize and maintain efficient filing system
- Provide administrative support to the Company to maintain smooth office operations including but not limited to handle expense claims, and administrative documentation
- Manage renewal of membership subscriptions and licensing to ensure compliance and continuity
- Any other additional tasks as assigned to support executive and office needs
- Preferred with pleasant personality.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Meticulous and systematic
- Have a flair for figures
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- Able to deal with sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
