Personal Assistant

America's Got Soccer is seeking a highly capable, independent Personal Assistant & Recruiter to support the CEO directly and assist in HR/recruitment initiatives in a dynamic, fun, growing youth sports organization

You will be trusted to take ownership, make decisions, solve problems independently, and remove friction across both executive priorities and talent acquisition. The right person thrives under pressure, prefers action over over-planning, and is comfortable operating with minimal direction.

You will work directly with the CEO and act as a front-line representative of leadership—both internally and with candidates—using sound judgment to move things forward quickly.
