The Company

Our client is a rapidly growing and industry leading financial services firm based in a newly renovated office in the heart of the CBD.


The Role

Providing general support to the CEO, CRO and wider office, this role is crucial to the smooth running of the office. This is a fast paced environment, perfectly suited for a Personal Assistant or Team Coordinator who enjoys a multi-faceted role and has a can do attitude.

No Board, Shareholder or minutes management is involved in this role.

This is a temporary role starting ASAP working Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm, predominantly office based, with occasional requirements to be on call outside of core hours. For the right candidate, this has the potential to convert permanent.


Duties

  • Diary management for the CEO & CRO
  • Booking travel and expense reconciliation
  • Event and meeting management - ordering catering, inventory...
