Personal Assistant

About This Role

Provide PA support to the Head of Cyber Security P&S (Carmen Dufur) and Head of Platforms & Capabilities (Peter Forth) in VB Products and Services organisation and support business operations within their teams, including business support, event management and managing small projects.

What You’ll Do

• Organise international meetings, maintaining awareness of cultural differences and time zones; use sound judgment to prioritise requests and negotiate meeting arrangements to ensure Vodafone’s positive external image. Coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly team meetings.
• Manage end-to-end travel arrangements (including visas), booking flights, hotels, transfers, and related logistics.
