Job Description
We are hiring an Admin Assistant for a client account at The Remote Nest. You will handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision. This is a WFH Full-Time role. You have to come in one day of the week for alignment, the remaining days is work from home.
Responsibilities
- Administrative and organizational support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, handle email correspondence, and organize files.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact via phone, email, or instant messaging. Respond to customer inquiries and manage contact lists.
- Technical and creative tasks: Perform data entry, create spreadsheets, content, and assist with website content or social media management.
- Project and business support: Assist with bookkeeping, project management, market research, and customer service, helping businesses operate more efficiently.
