Job Description

Our client, a leading university, is seeking an experienced and highly professional Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Executive Dean. This is a key role within the Faculty’s professional support team, offering the opportunity to work at senior level within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Reporting directly to the Executive Dean, the successful candidate will provide comprehensive PA and administrative support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Dean’s Office while contributing to wider Faculty activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a complex diary and scheduling high-level meetings in a fast-changing environment
  • Acting as first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, triaging and responding to queries
  • Coordinating communications with key university departments (Finance, HR, Estates, ISS)
