Executive Support
  • Manage the Director's diary, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and prioritise emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and documentation.
  • Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
Administrative Duties
  • Coordinate day-to-day office administration.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems (electronic and manual).
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and project-related documentation where required.
Project & Operational Support
  • Assist with project scheduling and coordination.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and project managers.
