Job Description
Area of responsibility
- Organization and coordination of the household staff across all properties in Switzerland and USA, recruitment of new staff
- Efficient communication and coordination with nanny, housekeeper and other service providers
- Sorting invoices, mails and forwarding them to the accounting department
- Assistance with travel arrangements, booking flights, cars - occasional accompaniment to other places
- Manage time-sensitive requests and administrative tasks
- You pursue specific projects and tasks delegated by the employer
- Managing calendars, correspondence, appointments for the principals
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position (PA/EA/House Manager), ideally in an international environment) with references
- Ideally, fluent English as well as good knowledge of German, at least fluent English
