Personal Assistant DP8445

We are seeking a calm, patient, and compassionate Personal Assistant to support a young individual with autism and mental health needs, including anxiety, special needs, occasional panic attacks, and some obsessive behaviours.

The ideal candidate will have a gentle, encouraging approach and be comfortable providing emotional support in a relaxed, home‑based environment.

This role involves engaging in simple, structured activities such as playing Monopoly, card games/board games, or baking, while creating a safe and reassuring space where the individual feels understood and at ease.
