Job Summary
The Personal Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative, communication, and coordination support to ensure smooth daily operations of the Executive Office. The role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage confidential matters effectively.
Key Responsibilities1. Executive Support
- Manage CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including board and management meetings.
Communication & Public Relations
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders professionally.
Support CEO in public events, conferences, and corporate functions.
