Key Responsibilities (MD PA)
Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and record keeping.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Handle customers phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Support management and team members with documentation and office coordination.
Handled and follow-up customer requirements.
Monitor and liaise with vendors when necessary.
Requirements
Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent in English and Mandarin written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
Professional demeanor and attention to detail.
