Position : Regional Business Operation Manager
Salary Range : Up to RM 10,000
Location : Bangsar South, KL
Working Hours : Monday – Friday (Flexi working hours, WFH Friday)
POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Business Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic alignment, and performance management across the assigned region. This role partners closely with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to execute business strategies, optimize processes, monitor performance metrics, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
The position plays a critical role in planning, reporting, governance, project execution, and stakeholder coordination to support sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and achievement of regional targets.
